Monthly Base Rates for each meter:
Sewer: $23.10
Bond: $ 8.90


Minimum for 0 to 2,000 gallons $8.75

2,000 to 3,750 gallons $17.50

3,750 to 5,625 gallons $26.25

5,625 to 7,500 gallons $35.10

Usage over 7,500 gallons - $35.10 plus $0.90/1000 gallons over 7,500 gallons

Commercial, industrial and multifamily (3 or more units): Each unit shall be charged
according to the rate schedule for residential service as multiples of one.

Each commerical, industrial and multifamily building shall pay a charge of $17.50
for fire flow capacity in addition to the usage charge listed above.

Residents, Businesses and Industrial Services Outside the City Limits will be charged
a Right of Service fee of $20.00 per service in addition to the charges listed above.
This Right of Service fee is not part of the water rates which are evenly applied to all customers.

Meters are read on the 23rd of each month.
Bills are sent out on the 1st of each month and are due by the 10th of the month.
